Bauer Consumer Media, formerly known as Emap Consumer Media, is losing a third exec since Bauer's takeover of the company last Dec. Finance director Matthew Stanton is leaving to join Australia's ACP Magazines as CFO, says Brand Republic. His departure follows that of Dharmash Mistry, head of digital operations, and deputy MD of men's brands, Niall Ferguson, earlier this year. It also follows the resignation, earlier this month, of three executives at Emap's B2B arm, which is now owned by Guardian Media Group and Apax.

Stanton is a former finance director for InBev's UK operations and joined Emap in 2006. ACP Magazines, owned by PBL Media, recently partnered with BBC Worldwide to publish titles including Top Gear in Australia.

Bauer acquired Emap's consumer magazines and radio business for GBP1.14bn (USD2.25bn) last Dec.
