Hulu to stream UK shows

Video-on-demand streaming service Hulu has secured rights to stream UK TV shows, but only to viewers in the US.

News Corp and NBC Universal-owned Hulu is signing a distribution deal with Digital Rights Group to show series such as Peep Show, Queer As Folk and Green Wing.

Hulu is currently attempting to negotiate rights to broadcast outside the US and recently appointed an SVP of international expansion to aid the company’s global roll-out.
