Facebook is appealing to its users to help translate its network into 22 more languages, including Mandarin, Turkish, Russian and Portuguese. The California-based social network develops local language versions by using an online application that lets native speakers suggest and vote on translations for the site. Facebook launched the first non-English version of its site in Feb this year, and is now available in English, French, German and Spanish.
