SeeWhy raises USD4.5m to recapture lapsed users

Massachusetts-based SeeWhy has raised USD4.5m in funding from Scottish Equity Partners, Logispring and Pentech Ventures. The firm’s technology enables e-commerce sites to track and attempt to recapture visitors who abandon their shopping carts, online forms, applications or registrations. SeeWhy does this in near real-time and claims to recapture up to 50% of visitors.

Deal Details

SeeWhy was founded in 2003 by Charles Nicholls. Clients include Mastercard, JPMorgan, Sainsbury’s and Diageo.
