Google+ will not “screw over” developers

Google+ chief Vic Gundotra is making a jibe at Facebook’s relationship with its developers, saying that Google’s social network will not “screw over developers”. The comments come after a developer spoke out against Facebook earlier this week, claiming that the social network threatened to shut down his startup if he did not join its App Centre. Gundotra says that part of the reason Google+ is not yet opening up its platform to third-party developers is that the company is still finalising the terms and conditions for developers looking to build apps into the social network.
