Nokia CEO Stephen Elop is voicing regret surrounding some of his company’s recent decisions. Elop says the firm failed to foresee the rapid changes in the mobile phone industry that have led to Nokia losing the world number one ranking it held for 14 years and the firm is continuing to struggle in the rapidly changing technological landscape. The Finnish firm faces stiff competition from Apple’s iPhone, as well as handsets running Google’s Android platform.
