Microsoft brings social search to all US users

Microsoft is rolling out its social redesign of its search engine, Bing, to all US users. The revamp includes a sidebar called ‘Friends Know' that suggests relevant contacts who may know the answer to a question based on their interests. Microsoft's attempt to steal market share from dominant search engine, Google, is available for all users in the US to opt into and will soon be rolled out globally.
