Yammer is reportedly in the process of raising a USD50m-plus funding round that would value the enterprise social network at more than USD1bn. Sources speaking to blog PandoDaily claim that Yammer may have attracted as much as USD100m from investors but accepted only half the amount. The rumours come after Yammer CEO David Sacks hinted that the firm is looking to raise new funding: "We don't have any financing news yet, but given our traction and expansion plan, it's reasonable to assume that additional financing is likely."
