Flybridge Capital Partners aims to raise USD200m for its second independent fund, sources tell Fortune. The venture capital firm - formerly known as IDG Ventures Boston - is a spin-out of media publishing company International Data Group, and its first two funds are backed by IDG. Flybridge's new vehicle will likely focus on IT, consumer, medical and energy early-stage startups.
