Appoxee, an Israeli startup that helps app developers increase user engagement through push notifications, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from early-stage investment firm Cyhawk Ventures. The firm says it is planning to spend the new capital on development and marketing. The technology allows developers to increase user engagement through audience segmentation, targeting, analytics and reporting.
