Kenexa buys e-learning company OutStart

Business technology and SaaS maker Kenexahas agreed to acquire OutStart, a SaaS-based social and mobile learning solutions company, in an undisclosed deal. Kenexa expects to fund the purchase with its existing cash balance. The acquisition will help Kenexa expand its reach into the e-learning market and bolster its suite of talent management products. OutStart is thought to have more than 300 customers, ranging from large, global companies to government agencies.
