Video optimisation and analytics provider Conviva has raised USD15m in a round led by Time Warner Investments, which it plans to spend on international expansion and new hires. Conviva's solution predicts streaming issues for online videos provided by clients including content networks, and controls them by adjusting video bit rate and stream source. It tracks each user's streaming problems in real-time, and the clients retain access to the data. The company is based in California.
