EA narrowed its losses year on year, from USD322m in 2010 to USD205m in the quarter ending December 31, boosted by strong sales of titles including Battlefield 3 and FIFA12. Revenues grew 0.8% year over year from USD1.05bn to USD1.06bn. Shares dipped nearly 3% in after hours trading after the firm warned Q4 earnings may be disappointing. EA predicts overall net revenues of between USD925m and USD975m in Q4, falling short of analyst expectations of approximately USD983m.
