Sequoia Capital raising second fund

Sequoia Capital is raising a new fund incorporated in the Cayman Islands, the 'Sequoia Capital Growth Principals Fund, LP', according to a SEC filing. The company is not formally announcing news pertaining to the new fund, and the size is not specified. Sequoia also submitted a filing for the 'Sequoia Capital Global Growth Fund' in December, without specifying a value for the fund, and isn't releasing information on the relation between the two.
