Conceptboard bags funding for connected whiteboards
Conceptboard, an SaaS firm that manufactures interactive whiteboards has netted “six-figure funding” from High-Tech Gruenderfonds and Seedfonds BW in a new Series A round. Stuttgart-based Conceptboard CEO Daniel Bohn says the company will use the money to set up Conceptboard as an open platform and to co-operate with software and hardware suppliers. The company will also add new staff using the new financing. Conceptboard’s collaborative whiteboard technology allows project members to work together in real-time on visual or document-based projects. The company recently integrated Google+ Hangout functionality.
