ChoreMonster scoops USD350,000 for kids chore app

ChoreMonster, a web and mobile app that allows parents and children to organise household chores, has raised USD350,000 in seed funding from CincyTech and a host of angel investors. The company is behind a number of separate apps that can be used to create a list of tasks and award points per completed task. The children also get awarded “monsters” who interact, play games and teach lessons. CEO Chris Bergman describes the product as, “Allowance meets Pokémon”.
