SoftTech raises a USD55m third fund

SoftTech VC, a technology-focused venture capital firm backing mobile, e-commerce and cloud-based services, has raised a USD55m third fund, Soft Tech III USD55m. Founder Jeff Clavier also added a partner, Charles Hudson, and a senior associate, Steph Palmeri to the SoftTech ranks.
