A leak of anti-online piracy proposals made to the UK's culture minister by entertainment groups reveal plans to alter the way search engines operate by driving illegal streaming or download sites down the listings. The British Phonographic Industry (BPI), Motion Picture Association (MPA), Premier League, Publishers' Association and PACT, the independent producers' trade body, who authored the document, refer to a "spirit of optimism" as rights holders and search engines work together against "rogue sites."
