Family organiser Cozi has raised USD3m as an extension to its Series C funding, bring its total funding to USD25m. The Seattle-based company, which provides online calendars and mobile apps to help organise families' schedules, doubled its members in 2011. No investors for any of the Series C funding are being disclosed, although a statement from CEO Robbie Cape refers to "additional capital from a longstanding partner". In 2008, media publisher Gannett bought a minority stake in the firm.
