Social TV analytics platform hooks developers Bluefin USD12m

Massachusetts-based Bluefin Labs has raised USD12m in Series B financing to develop its social TV analytics platform, Bluefin Signals. Bluefin's investment is led by Time Warner Investments, which joins SoftBank Capital and return investors RedPoint and Lerer.
