Tue Jan 24 2012, 15:33 PM

Fashion sharing site Polyvore has raised USD14m in a Series C round led by DAG Ventures. The site allows users to consolidate photos of their favourite items into 'sets', or digital collages, in order to showcase a style, trend or brand. Aimed solidly at consumers, brands are also taking Polyvore up as a word-of-mouth user engagement and marketing tool. Gucci, Lancôme and Nordstrom have all promoted products through the site, which attracts 13m unique monthly visitors.
