Messaging service Ivycorp secures USD1m
Washington-based Ivycorp has raised USD1m in Series A investment capital from various investors, led by the Women's Venture Capital Fund. The company provides next-generation simultaneous two-way messaging at an enterprise level through its flagship service, 'Ivytalk'. CEO Mary Jesse says the company is "launching Ivytalk in targeted industries and applications including emergency management, utility notification, retail, and hospitality," says CEO Mary Jesse. The Ivytalk network's single interface can be accessed and modified from any mobile or web-enabled device, and can be customized to promote brands.
