Skype will be built into the Windows Phone "soon", according to comments made by Joe Osterloh, VP of Microsoft's Skype division, at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. Despite buying Skype last year, Microsoft is currently the only mobile operating system producer not to incorporate the popular instant messaging and video calling app. A targeted release date for Skype in Windows Phone, announced by corporate VP and director of Windows Phone Joe Belfiore was passed at the end of 2011.
