SuccessFactors snaps up Jobs2web for USD110m

SuccessFactors is buying online recruitment firm Jobs2web for USD110m and is planning to roll the firm into its own business software services. SuccessFactors, itself acquired by SAP in the last few weeks, says that it won a "competitive acquisition fight" to buy the firm. Jobs2web, will operate as an independent unit inside the parent firm, which can now count the likes of Pepsi and 3M among its customers.
