Martin Sorrell warns of 2013 slump as WPP revenues rise 9%

WPP is reporting a 9% year-on-year increase in Q3 revenues, with the British company’s total revenue hitting GBP2.5bn (USD3.9bn). But the firm has performed less impressively in terms of organic growth, reporting an increase of just 4.7%, worse than Q2’s 5.6% and Q1’s 6.7%. WPP’s gross profit margin increased 5.5% in the third quarter.
