WPP buys digital agency Rockfish Interactive

Advertising agency WPP has bought US digital agency Rockfish for an undisclosed amount, with the terms of the agreement seeing WPP's digital arm acquiring Rockfish's assets, totaling USD4.7m in value.  The firm says Rockfish will remain an independent brand and that its acquisition represents WPP's investment in "fast growing sectors". Rockfish was founded in 2006 to provide consultancy, design and marketing services and employs 150 members of staff in Arkansas.
