Go Daddy bought for USD2.25bn

Domain name registrar Go Daddy has been acquired by private equity firms KKR & Co., Silver Lake Partners and Technology Crossover Ventures for USD2.25bn. The firm plans to expand internationally, recruit talent and make additional partnerships and acquisitions, says chief executive and founder, Bob Parsons, in an interview with the Los Angeles Times.
