Aspiro sells Finnish mobile business

Swedish mobile content provider Aspiro is selling its Finnish mobile entertainment business to Exsol Oy for an initial price of EUR100,000 (USD137,000), with a two year earn-out model of a minimum EUR200,000 (USD275,000). Aspiro provides white label TV and music streaming services in northern Europe and has worked with companies such as T-Mobile and the BBC. Aspiro is retaining its activities in the mobile solutions area in Finland, but the business will be operated from Sweden. The firm says it plans to stop its activities in the mobile market in Norway, Sweden and Denmark on 1 July 2011.
