A Google page that tracks the status of the company's services in China indicates that its mobile service is partially blocked. Google says the availability of its services regularly fluctuates and claims it is too early to know whether the block is related to its feud with China. A service block would disrupt search, email, mapping and social networking services on Google-powered phones.
