Massive security flaw uncovered on Facebook and MySpace

A Facebook developer has uncovered a massive security flaw which could have allowed hackers to break into users' Facebook and MySpace accounts and steal all their personal data. Yvo Stapp, who discovered the exploit, says it could be possible for the bug to steal users' information through a URL on their news feed without them even clicking on the link. The data would be compromised without the user or the social network ever knowing it had happened, according to a report by TechCrunch.
