Up to 1.7m US homes lack digital TV

Up to 1.7m US homes are still not capable of receiving digital TV, three weeks after the June 12 switchover, according to a new report by Nielsen. Figures suggest 1.5% of TV households do not have cable or satellite, or a digital TV or converter box.
