Premium video websites, such as Hulu and TV.com are beginning to charge more for delivering ads than some major TV networks. Hulu now charges USD60 per thousand viewers to deliver an ad on popular animated series The Simpsons, compared with the USD20 to USD40 CPM that advertisers would usually pay for a prime-time TV spot, according to reports.
