An Amazon Kindle customer claims the company places invisible download limits on e-books for the Kindle e-reader, meaning users are not free to redownload books they have already bought. According to Amazon there is no way for a user to find out how many times a particular e-book can be downloaded. A representative told the customer: "That's entirely up to the publisher and I don't think we always know."
