Qtrax signs publishing deal with last major label

Free music download site, Qtrax, is signing a deal with Warner's publishing arm, Warner/Chappell Music, reports Wired. The deal marks the final publishing deal to be signed with all four major labels. However, the agreement does not make Warner's music immediately available to the service, because in the US both the publisher and the label must sign up to licence music for distribution.
